What kind of breathwork?

We'll practice Conscious Connected Breathwork — an intentional, circular breath (inhale → exhale → inhale, no pause).

This is a modern approach developed in the 20th century, drawing inspiration from ancient practices like yogic pranayama, qigong, and ritual breathing found in cultures across the world.

It blends those roots with a modern understanding of the body, mind, and trauma to support emotional release, nervous system reset, and deeper self‑awareness.
